Getting to GoldenEye

From Ian Fleming International Airport

Nothing beats flying into Ian Fleming International. It’s about a seven minute drive from runway to GoldenEye. At present, Ian Fleming has an asphalt surface measuring 5,000 feet and private and commercial aircraft can land easily. It’s a short flight on one of the charter planes that fly between Ian Fleming International, Montego Bay and Kingston. We are happy to arrange flights to Ian Fleming International for you. From Montego Bay Airport

The drive from Montego Bay Airport to GoldenEye takes about an hour and 30 minutes. Driving in Jamaica is on the left-hand side of the road; steering wheels are on the right. This might be why most guests ask that we arrange for a driver to take them to the airport and back.


From Kingston Airport

The drive from Kingston to GoldenEye takes about two hours. Again, we are happy to arrange your transportation.


Direct Flights

From the U.S.: Atlanta, Charlotte, Orlando, Baltimore / D.C. Metropolitan Area, Chicago, Miami, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, and New York. Plus you can also fly direct from Toronto, Canada.

From Europe: There are more direct daily flights between the U.K. and Jamaica than any other European city. By Helicopter

Coming in via heli is the best way to take in the serpentine coastline. And the helipad is right on the property. It’s just a 25-minute flight from Montego Bay, and we are, of course, happy to book your flight for you.


By Boat

These are the coordinates for GoldenEye, given by the Jamaican Coast Guard. Yachts have direct access into Oracabessa Bay, but, of course, your captain knows this as well as immigration and customs procedures.


Visa Requirements

For U.S., Canadian and U.K. citizens, a valid passport is the only documentation required. As for visitors from other countries, you may need a visa. We are happy to look into requirements and advise you in advance of your visit.
