Boris was the main programmer for the GoldenEye 
weapons system. Just before the Severnaya massacre, 
he "went outside for a smoke" and was not seen since. 
Later, in a computerized chat, he betrayed Natalya to 
Ouromov and Xenia. The next time he was seen was 
when Bond and Natalya were taken in to Alec's 
Cuban base. He was programming the GoldenEye 
system to fire on London, just after Alec would 
electronically transfer all of London's money to a 
Swiss account. But, before he fired the satellite 
Natalya changed the firing codes and Bond jammed 
the satellite dish, causing the base to fall apart. Boris 
was mysteriously not hurt by the explosions so he 
shouted "Yes! I am invincible!" just as broken 
canisters poured liquid nitrogen all over him.
